A ok day for fitness.

Breakfast – Chick-fil-a biscuit combo with a coke

Lunch – Grilled Chicken Breast with 1 cup boiled shrimp, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli

Dinner – Pork Chop, Sweet Potato, whipped cream with blue berries

Cigarettes – 6

Exercise – Medicine Ball Circuit training (I think I may have been a bit over zealous in my fitness goals for this week with the medicine ball, as I am having some huge difficulties with several of the abdominal exercises with the ball.)
