A surprising day.

So I got off work this morning a bit late to start with after already having a long shift and I got home about an hour later than normal. Well being Thursday I decided to do a mid-week check on my weight, which I routinely do, just to see how things are progressing. Well imagine my surprise and pure elation when I looked down at the scale and saw this…

Well to put it lightly I was flabbergasted and had to get a camera to take a picture of the scale to prove to myself that it did in fact read that low. Now it may just be a weight fluctuation or it could be that I legitimately weighed 184.8 lbs this morning prior to eating anything. (My normal routine for weight check is always before I eat or drink anything in the morning.) But either way I am cautiously ecstatic. My official weigh in is Monday morning, when I will be coming home off shift yet again. So I will be making double sure to get my exercise in and watching what I’ eating over the next few days, so that I don’t make an idiot out of myself over all of this.

Brunch – 2 Egg whites + 1 Whole Egg, NY Strip Steak (yes Steak and Eggs), a Biscuit with Jam, & 2% Milk

Dinner – Pork Chop, Roasted Squash, Sauteed Asparagus and Green Beans, and Half a sweet potato

Cigarettes – 6

Exercise – 100 PU Challenge Weak 4 day 3 (redo), 1.6 mile walk with family, abdominal training without medicine ball
