A bad day for fitness.
Breakfast – 1/2 of a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese breakfast sandwich from Panerra & Venti Vanilla 2% Latte from Starbucks
Lunch – Poached Chicken Breast with Veggie pasta bake
Dinner – 2 Hot dogs, potato salad, and mac & cheese with sweet tea
cigarettes – 6
exercise – resting day
