Breakfast – 2 Egg Whites + 1 whole egg, 3 slices of Turkey Bacon

Lunch – Pastrami Ruben with Fries

Dinner – Poached Chicken Breast with Pasta & Veggie Bake

Cigarettes – 2

Exercise – 100 Push up Challenge Week 4 Day 2 (Second column), Couch to 5k Week 2 Day 2, Medicine Ball Ab training
