Ok day for fitness.
Breakfast – 2 egg whites + 1 whole egg, 3 slices of turkey bacon, 1 cup oatmeal with blueberries
Lunch – 4 Chicken Nuggets with French Fries
Dinner – Burrito with beef, Chorizo, black beans, brown rice, and cheese on whole wheat tortilla
Cigarettes – 2
Exercise – Resting Day
