A great day for fitness.

Breakfast – none (overslept and it was near lunch time by time I woke up)

Lunch – Steak Sandwich with Zuchinni and Eggplant fries

Dinner – Burger and fries

Cigarettes – 4

Exercise – Fitness Trails (Pushups, running, crunches, plank, Mountain climbers, weight free squats)
