An ok day for fitness

Breakfast – Bagel with Butter

Lunch – 6 inch Cheese Steak with fries and Root Beer

Dinner – Half a 2 person Pizza with pepperoni, sausage, onions, and peppers

cigarettes – 8

Exercise – couch to 5k Week 1 Day 3

    Ah, interesting food choices! Good luck. Kill those cigarettes. It has been years and years for me but I still miss them in some part of my reptile brain.
