Had a good day for fitness.
Breakfast – 2 slices of toast (one with peanut butter, one with jam)
Lunch – small mixed Green Salad with turkey & quater of a personal sized cheese pizza
Dinner – Smoked Pork Tenderloin with Smoked Onions, mashed potatoes, and brussle sprouts
Cigarettes – 4
Exercise – 105 push ups, 3 mile walk
