As a quick side note, yesterday’s fitness goals post was post number 100 for this log. Guess I forgot to mention that and have the ticker tape parade and all.
Not a good day for my fitness today.
Breakfast – Chicken Biscuit and Sweet Tea from Bojangles
Lunch – Turkey Sandwich
Dinner – Whopper Jr Meal with Coke from Burger King
Cigarettes – 4
Exercise – Rest day
