Fitness Trials for July 14, 2008

Another week and a bit of weight has gone by…

So there you have it. Down 1.8 Pounds, smoking has been tough, but I’m working on it. Exercises have been kicking my butt, but I’m sticking with them. So my goals for next week are:

  • Push ups – 100 Push Up challenge
  • Crunches – 75 (mix of reverse, bicycle, side, etc.)
  • Cardio – 25 Min HIIT (30 Sec. Interval : 60 sec rest)
  • Squats – 40 no weight
  • Plank – 75 seconds (1:15 Minutes)
  • Weight loss – Any
  • Cigarettes – No More than 4 a day

Breakfast – 2 Egg Whites with 1 whole egg, 1 slice of toast with jam, Multi Vitamin with Pint of skim milk

Lunch – Chicken Briyani

Dinner – Penne with Broccoli, Corn, Spinach, and Italian Sausage in a Tomatoe Basil sauce

Exercise – Fitness Trials

Cigarettes – 4
