I’ve had a hugely stressful day at work today. Our semi-monthly inventories are due and we haven’t seen our station for the past 14 hours. Looks like it is going to be a late night for me. But any ways your not here to read about my day at work your here to check in on my status.

Well it has been a rough day for diet as we’ve been so busy at work I mostly had to grab what I could today. But I did get in a short (and I do mean short) work out today so it wasn’t a total bust.

Breakfast - Breakfast sandwich from a local deli with eggs, ham, and cheese on a buttered Kaiser roll. No Multi Vitamin today as I was in too much of a hurry this morning leaving the house.

Lunch - Starkist Tuna Fish Lunch/Snack kit

Dinner - Burrito with chicken, black beans, rice, and jalapeƱos

I have had 10 cigarettes today, although I’ll admit I will probably have at least 1 more before I try and lay down. (That is if i get a chance to lay down tonight.)

Was able to get on the tread mill for about 20 Minutes tonight and do a few push ups and pull ups in the gym at the station. So about 30 minute work out. I’ll have to start doubling my efforts throughout the weekend to reach my fitness goals for Monday. Tomorrow is another day, and I still find it way too easy to come up with “reasons” for me not to work out, or to eat the wrong thing, or even too much of the right thing. I’m still working on the day one principle. Tomorrow is day one number 19.
