I had a god day for eating, and a not so good one for exercise. In fact I didn’t get any exercise in today as I have been so busy around the house today. I guess that means that i will have to work twice as hard tomorrow.

Breakfast – 1/2 Cup Oatmeal, 2 Egg whites + 1 Whole Egg – Multi Vitamin

Lunch – Baked Chicken with Baked Vegetables (Carrots, Sweet Potatoes, & Bell Pepper) and 1/2 Cup Brown Rice

Dinner – Half a Salmon Steak with 3/4 Cup Brown Rice and 1/2 cup Broccoli
Dessert – 1/2 Cup Fudge Tracks Ice Cream

I over did dinner a bit on my portions, but it sure was tasty.

I’ll be eating left overs tomorrow for Dinner, but I have ceviche marinating for my lunch. I can hardly wait. I bought a good amount of fish today at the supermarket to try and give myself a good healthy source of protein with less fat than my preferred red meat.

Oh and I had 10 cigarettes today. That puts me on target, of course any less I smoked would have been better, but I’m still happy. The real test comes tomorrow as it will be a 24 hour shift at work and I usually smoke a lot more at work than at home.

    You can’t expect to have every meal perfect and in total control. We all have foods we love and we just have to limit them somewhat. Some people think if you go off your diet once then it’s over but it’s like a horse you just keep climbing back on.
