Spent the day busy with yard work followed by a trip to Starbucks to visit with my friend.

Breakfast – 2 eggs, 1/2 cup hashbrowns, multi vitamin

Lunch – 2 burritos with beef, black beans, and cheese and a dozen tortilla chips with Black Bean and corn salsa

Dinner – Went to Firehouse Subs and had a NY Steamer on wheat. (Not the healthiest food, but I love Corned Beef.)

Got in a quick workout in before I went to bed. A good day I would say all around.
