Monday May 5, 2008 – Breakfast and Lunch

I’ve had a good day of eating so far today, although going to my mother-in-laws for dinner tonight, that might not go so well. As I stated in the previous post I got in a workout this morning while listening to The Gut Check Cast and hearing the guys mention me in their show gave me the extra boost I needed to really give it my all. I’m still feeling great.

Breakfast – 2 Egg whites + 1 whole egg, 3/4 cup of oatmeal

Lunch – Half a Cuban sandwich (I love Cuban sandwiches.) I plan on saving the other half for after my workout this afternoon.

Starting to feel like I’m getting in a groove with the dieting and exercising, doesn’t seem so hard to get started, definitely don’t find myself trying to come up with reasons not to do it nearly as often.
